3. That the Board of Education shall submit a report on the graduation requirements established pursuant to this act to the Chairmen of the House Committee on Education and the Senate Committee on Education and Health no later than September 1, 2017. [Agreed to]
4. That, notwithstanding the provisions of the second enactment of this act, the graduation requirements established by the Board of Education pursuant to this act shall only take effect with the prior statutory approval of the General Assembly. [Rejected]
