Virginia Tourism Growth Incentive Fund. Establishes the Virginia Tourism Growth Incentive Fund to attract new tourism and hospitality projects and expand existing tourism and hospitality projects in the Commonwealth. The provisions of the bill are contingent on funding in a 2015 general appropriation act.
