SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

School-sponsored fund-raisers; regulations. Directs the Board of Education to promulgate regulations to limit the number of school-sponsored fund-raisers that are exempt from the requirements of Section 10 of the Child Nutrition Act of 1966, 42 USC 1779, as amended by the Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act of 2010, to 30 per school per school year. The regulations shall also establish a procedure by which a local school division may request approval to hold additional exempt fund-raisers.
