SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Child day programs; exemptions from licensure. Removes the requirement that certain child day programs exempt from licensure require parents or guardians to sign a written policy that explains that the child day program allows school-age children to freely enter and leave the premises without permission or supervision.
