SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Counties; adoption of ordinances; notice by publication. Removes the requirement that counties, except as otherwise required by law, publish notice of an intention to propose an ordinance for two weeks in a newspaper having a general circulation. The bill contains technical amendments.
