SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE: (all summaries)
Juvenile law-enforcement records; restorative justice. Allows law enforcement agencies to release information on juvenile arrests for the purpose of referring a juvenile to a restorative justice program that has a contract with a local governing body or a court services unit. Restorative justice programs are prohibited from further and unrelated disclosure of the information.
