Requires General Assembly approval prior to tolling on Interstate 95 south of Fredericksburg, pursuant to the federal Interstate System Reconstruction or Rehabilitation Pilot Program. This bill codifies the 11th enactment of Chapter 766 of the Acts of Assembly of 2013.
