SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE:
Routine review of emergency services; report. Requires the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services to establish benchmarks and standards for emergency services provided by community services boards and behavioral health authorities and to conduct annual reviews of emergency services provided by community services boards and behavioral health authorities to determine the extent to which they meet such benchmarks and standards. The bill requires the Department to report the results of such review to the General Assembly no later than December 1 of each year.
