SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Virginia Military Survivors and Dependents Education Program; eligibility. Provides that the spouse or child of a veteran with at least 90 percent permanent disability may be eligible for benefits under the Virginia Military Survivors and Dependents Education Program if the veteran is the recipient of a Purple Heart or a portion of the veteran's disability was a direct result of combat or peacekeeping operations or a domestic terrorist attack.
