SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)
Home instruction; religious exemption; information privacy. Prohibits a division superintendent or local school board from disclosing to the Department of Education or any other person or entity outside of the local school division information provided by a student or parent for the purpose of (i) notifying the superintendent that the student will be receiving home instruction or (ii) claiming a religious exemption from school attendance. The bill contains a technical amendment.
