SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Fees for off-road motorcycles and all-terrain vehicles. Requires all fees collected by DMV for off-road motorcycles and all-terrain vehicles to be deposited in a special fund to be used for the operation and maintenance of trail systems dedicated to the use of all-terrain vehicles and off-road motorcycles by the Southwest Regional Recreation Authority.
