SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Lobbyist disclosure; gifts; penalty. Amends the portion of the lobbyist disclosure form on which gifts are disclosed. The amended Schedule B requires disclosure of any gift to an executive or legislative official with a value of more than $50 of which the principal contributed all or part, even if the principal's share of the gift was less than $50.
