SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Virginia Board for People with Disabilities; membership; powers and duties. Modifies membership eligibility and the duties of the Virginia Board for People with Disabilities and changes the name of the State Planning Council to the State Council on Developmental Disabilities to align the Code of Virginia with the federal Developmental Disabilities Assistance and Bill of Rights Act of 2000.
