SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Child day centers and family day homes; report to Department of Social Services. Requires local commissioners of revenue or other local business license officials to report to the Department of Social Services on a quarterly basis the name, address, and contact information of any child day center or family day home to which a business license was issued. This bill was incorporated into SB 1168.
