SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Memorializing the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to authorize clinical trials; cannabidiol oil and THC-A oil. Expresses the sense of the General Assembly that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration be urged to authorize clinical trials to determine the efficacy of using cannabidiol oil and THC-A oil for the treatment of epilepsy.
