SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Constitutional amendment (first resolution); Lottery Proceeds Fund. Allows lottery proceeds to be appropriated from the Lottery Proceeds Fund to public institutions of higher education for purposes of providing education and employment training for veterans who have been honorably discharged from an active or reserve component of the United States armed forces or the Virginia National Guard and who are domiciled in the Commonwealth.
