SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Study; JLARC; reorganization of law-enforcement agencies; report. Directs the Joint Legislative Audit and Review Commission to study reorganizing all or some state law-enforcement functions under the Virginia State Police. This bill was continued to the 2015 Session of the General Assembly.
