SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Virginia Resources Authority; economic and community development projects. Clarifies the types of projects the Virginia Resources Authority (the Authority) is authorized to finance to include economic and community development projects, including tourism. Under current law, the Authority is empowered to finance site acquisition and site development work for economic and community development projects.
