SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Referendum; state minimum wage. Provides for a statewide referendum at the November 2015 general election on the question of whether the state minimum wage should be increased incrementally over the next three years from the current $7.25 per hour to $7.50 per hour on January 1, 2016, $8.00 per hour on January 1, 2017, and $8.50 per hour on January 1, 2018.
