SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Garage keepers' liens for vehicle storage, etc. Removes the $500 cap on liens for storage charges, extends from seven to 15 business days the amount of time a secured party has to reclaim his vehicle, and provides that the lienholder is responsible for towing and storage charges.
