SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Condemnation proceedings; dispute resolution session. Provides that when the court refers the parties in a condemnation proceeding to a dispute resolution orientation session, the court shall also provide the name of a single independent appraiser to determine the fair market value of the property in question.
