SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Virginia Residential Landlord and Tenant Act; door locks. Adds the requirement for landlords to install new locks or rekey existing locks in any exterior swinging entrance door to a dwelling unit when there is a change in tenancy in such unit under certain circumstances.
