SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Hampton Roads Transportation Fund. Allows moneys deposited in the Hampton Roads Transportation Fund to be used for public transportation purposes. Current law limits the use of such funds to new construction projects for highways, bridges, and tunnels.
