SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Board and Director of Department of Corrections; prohibiting inmate possession of obscene materials. Requires the State Board of Corrections to promulgate and the Director and Department of Corrections to enforce regulatory policies prohibiting the possession of obscene materials by prisoners incarcerated in state correctional facilities.
