SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Virginia Fair Housing Law; unlawful discriminatory practice; veterans; veterans receiving financial assistance. Provides that discrimination in the provision of housing based on status as a veteran or a veteran's use of financial assistance is an unlawful discriminatory practice. The bill defines veteran and veteran's financial assistance.
