SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Absentee voting; persons primarily and personally responsible for the care of a child. Adds to the list of persons eligible to vote absentee those persons who are unable to go to the polls on the day of the election because they are primarily and personally responsible for the care of a child under the age of five years who is cared for in the home.
