SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE:
Representation by Attorney General; court reporters. Allows the Attorney General to represent a court reporter employed or retained by the Commonwealth, an agency or court thereof, or a local public agency in a civil matter brought against him for alleged errors or omissions in the discharge of his duties.
