SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Secretary of Natural Resources; Chesapeake Bay Watershed Agreement; annual report. Updates the requirements for the annual report concerning the Chesapeake Bay prepared by the Secretary of Natural Resources by substituting the recently agreed-to 2014 Chesapeake Bay Watershed Agreement for the Chesapeake Bay 2000 Agreement, which is now obsolete. The recipients of the report are also updated.
