SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Public institutions of higher education; six-year plans; frequency. Changes from biennial to annual the requirement for the governing board of each public institution of higher education to develop, adopt, and submit a six-year plan for the institution. The bill also requires each institution to submit a report on its progress toward meeting the goals of its plan. The bill adds the chairs of the House Committee on Education and the Senate Committee on Education and Health to the list of plan and progress report recipients.
