SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE:
Child support; arrearage. Allows the Department of Social Services to establish and operate an arrears compromise program pursuant to which it may compromise child support arrears and interest accrued thereon owed to the Commonwealth for reimbursement of public assistance paid.
