SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Charitable gaming; annual audit fee. Provides that the annual audit and administration fee paid by charitable organizations to the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services shall be based on adjusted gross receipts instead of gross receipts. The bill defines adjusted gross receipts.
