Radon; persons certified as proficient to offer screening, testing, or mitigation. Updates and clarifies provisions governing the credentialing of individuals who may conduct or offer to conduct radon screening, testing, or mitigation in the Commonwealth and updates provisions governing the standards for radon testing in the Commonwealth.
