SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE:
Brake lights on motorcycles and autocycles. Repeals the five-second maximum duration of increased brightness of motorcycle and autocycle brake lights when the vehicle's brakes are applied.
SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Lights on motorcycles and autocycles. Allows motorcycles and autocycles to display steady-burning lights of not more than six candlepower. These lights may be any color except white and blue. The bill also repeals the five-second maximum duration limit on increased brightness of motorcycle and autocycle brake lights when the vehicle's brakes are applied.
