SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Highway logo sign program. Requires the Department of Transportation and the Commonwealth Transportation Board to revise their highway logo sign programs so that presently participating businesses are "grandfathered" and cannot be displaced by newer businesses that are located closer to the sign.
