SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE:

Alcoholic beverage control; art instruction studio license. Creates an art instruction studio license that permits the (i) consumption of wine or beer on the premises of the licensee by any bona fide customer or (ii) service of a limited amount of wine or beer by the licensee without charge to a bona fide customer attending a private studio instructional session.

Alcoholic beverage control; art instruction studio license. Creates an art instruction studio license that permits the consumption of wine or beer on the premises of the licensee by any bona fide customer attending a private studio instructional session.
