SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Senate districts; adjustments. Changes district assignments of three census blocks in Montgomery County and the City of Radford from District 38 to District 19, the result being that none of Montgomery County remains in District 38. The district population deviations remain at less than two percent from the ideal district population.
