SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Public schools; organizations governing interscholastic programs. Prohibits a public school from becoming a member of any organization or entity whose purpose is to regulate or govern interscholastic programs that charges membership fees or dues established by a formula based on student enrollment unless such organization or entity apportions voting rights to member schools based on the same formula.
