Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding in Chapter 1.1 of Title 30 a section numbered 30-19.21 as follows:

§ 30-19.21. Compensation for attendance at conferences.

A member of the General Assembly shall not be entitled to compensation or reimbursement for expenses for attendance or services performed at a conference for which the conference agenda or materials are not readily available to the public.
