SENATE BILL NO. 1352 AMENDMENT IN THE NATURE OF A SUBSTITUTE (Proposed by the Senate Committee on Rules on February 6, 2015) (Patrons Prior to Substitute--Senators Smith and Stuart [SB 1150]) A BILL to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered 30-19.1:12, relating to the General Assembly; consideration of the conference committee report on the biennial budget or general appropriation act.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 30-19.1:12 as follows:

§ 30-19.1:12. Consideration of the conference committee report on the biennial budget or general appropriation act.

No legislative action shall be taken on the conference committee report on the biennial budget or general appropriation act until the conference committee report has been posted on the General Assembly's website for at least 48 hours.
