VIRGINIA ACTS OF ASSEMBLY -- CHAPTER An Act to amend and reenact the second enactment of Chapter 219 of the Acts of Assembly of 2009, as amended and reenacted by Chapter 647 of the Acts of Assembly of 2012, relating to financing the Uninsured Employer's Fund established under the Virginia Workers' Compensation Act. [H 1880] Approved

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the second enactment of Chapter 219 of the Acts of Assembly of 2009, as amended and reenacted by Chapter 647 of the Acts of Assembly of 2012, is amended and reenacted as follows:

2. That the provisions of this act shall expire on July 1, 2015 2018.
