Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 46.2-1123 of the Code of Virginia is amended and reenacted as follows:

§ 46.2-1123. Weight of vehicles and loads.

The maximum gross weight and axle weight to be permitted on the road surface of any highway shall be in accordance with the provisions of this article. Any notice or publication by the Department of Transportation or the Department of Motor Vehicles to truckers as to the provisions of this article shall include all limits as provided in this article.
