Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the second enactment of Chapters 412 and 544 of the Acts of Assembly of 2013 is amended and reenacted as follows:

2. That the provisions of subsections C and subsection D of § 54.1-3408.04 as added by this act shall expire on July 1, 2015, and the provisions of subsection C of § 54.1-3408.04 as added by this act shall expire on July 1, 2016.
