SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Recordation tax; open line deeds of trust. Requires that the recordation tax on a deed of trust securing an open line of credit when the amount of the line of credit is increased be paid only on the difference between the amount of the original line of credit and the new amount. This bill was incorporated into HB 2161.
