SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Income tax deduction; long-term health care insurance premiums. Reduces the allowable income tax deduction for long-term health care insurance premiums from 100 percent to 50 percent of the amount an individual pays annually in premiums, effective for taxable years beginning on or after January 1, 2015.
