SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)
Stormwater utility fee; waiver. Provides that where two adjoining localities subject to a revenue sharing agreement each hold a permit to discharge stormwater from a municipal separate storm sewer system (MS4), a waiver of charges to a public entity for property that is covered by an MS4 permit shall also apply to property of each locality and of its school board that is accounted for in that locality's MS4 plan, regardless of whether such property is located within the adjoining locality.
