Advisory Board on Service and Volunteerism. Codifies the Governor's Advisory Board on Service and Volunteerism to advise the Governor and Cabinet Secretaries on matters related to the promotion and development of national and community service in Virginia and to meet the provisions of the federal National and Community Service Trust Act of 1993. The bill has an expiration date of July 1, 2018. This bill is identical to SB 1090.
