Study; JLARC to review Department of Veterans Services; report. Directs the Joint Legislative Audit and Review Commission to review the Department of Veterans Services, including, among other things, the review of programs administered by the Department's agencies and other issues related to the provision of services to veterans. The Commission must report to the Governor and 2017 Regular Session of the General Assembly.
