SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Advisory Committee on Juvenile Justice; quorum and meetings. Changes the quorum requirements for the Advisory Committee on Juvenile Justice from a majority of the members to 12 members, including voting and nonvoting members. The bill also eliminates the provision that requires the Advisory Committee to meet at least four times per year. The bill contains technical amendments.
