SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE: (all summaries)
Blood testing for certain viruses; minor students. Provides that in cases in which a school board employee is directly exposed to body fluids of a minor student in a manner that may transmit HIV or the hepatitis B or C virus, the minor student's parent or guardian shall be notified prior to initiating testing of such minor student for infection with such viruses.
