SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Constitutional amendment (first resolution); election of judges. Provides for the election of judges by the voters. Justices of the Supreme Court and judges of the Courts of Appeals shall be elected by the qualified voters of the Commonwealth, while judges of all other courts of record and judges of courts not of record shall be elected by the qualified voters of the several circuits. The amendments do not change the terms for which the judges serve.
